NextGEN Homes started with a problem we know all too well: our old washing machine finally gave out, and we weren't interested in spending a small fortune on a brand-new one.

So, we found a used washer for a great price. Problem solved… or so we thought.

Not long after, the washer stopped spinning.

Instead of giving up on it, we started tinkering with it. We figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and realized something: many common washer and dryer problems aren't nearly as complicated to fix as they seem, it just takes time and patience.

Then came the idea to rent them.

We started small, tested the idea, and to our surprise, people started calling.

Today, NextGEN Homes provides washer and dryer rentals throughout Minneapolis and surrounding areas. We deliver and install the machines, handle maintenance and repairs, and work directly with our customers when something goes wrong.

Our goal is simple: make having a washer and dryer at home easier and more affordable without requiring you to spend thousands of dollars upfront.
